Herbes de Provence is the classic blend of Provençal herbs to transport you to sunny southern France. Simply sprinkle over grilled meats, fish and vegetables. Every pouch contains an aromatic mixture of rosemary, savory, marjoram, thyme and basil.
Sprinkle the herbs into olive oil and use as a dip for fresh bread, or mix into a paste and rub into a whole chicken before roasting.
Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. In the 1980s, his descendants grew the Alziari business by offering other produce from Nice – like herbs, olives and homemade syrups. Today, the Nicolas Alziari company gives you the taste of Provence in your own kitchen with their range of local and family-made specialities.
